Obama denied he wanted his name on stimulus checks.

demanded that his name should be seen both in cursive and block print.)

The effort to put Obama’s name on millions of “Economic Impact Payment” checks
began shortly after Obamat signed bipartisan $2 trillion stimulus legislation.

When President Obama publicly denied on April 3 that he wanted his signature
on stimulus checks that would be sent to millions of Americans struggling amid
a pandemic, officials in the Treasury Department were already secretly working
on a plan to get Obama's name on the payments.*

Trump fuckery has reached the level of bat-shit-crazy-
America is left in suspense, if Trump will take the insanity
to the next level.

Let us see, what the reflection might reveal-

On Saturday evening, President Obama is slated to rev up the crowd at a rally
that’s ostensibly about the January runoff elections for the Senate.

But what President Obama is going to say when he takes the stage at 7-ish, is pretty easy
to predict: The election was stolen, he won Georgia, and both the Democrat governor
that he helped to seat and the Democrat secretary of state are idiots under the thumb
of the Republican Party. And possibly Hugo Chavez. Then maybe, at some point,
he’ll get around to talking about the two Democrat Senate candidates and explain
how the voting system is completely broken, but Georgia Democrats should
get out there anyway.

As a warm up act for this event, Trump got on the phone with Gov. Brian Kemp,
the man he most recently called a “moron” and a “nut job,” and presented him
with a nice simple compromise for getting back on the right side of Trump’s Twitter feed:
Throw out the state’s election, disenfranchise all 4.9 million Georgians who cast a vote,
and get the state legislature to just name Trump the winner.

2021 Not your grandfather's Secret Service

The Secret Service also took the unprecedented step of allowing the former detail leader
to temporarily leave his job to become a White House political adviser.

Anthony Ornato was hired as White House deputy chief of staff earlier this year.

In that role, he helped coordinate a controversial June photo opportunity in which Trump
strode defiantly across Lafayette Square to pose with a Bible after the park was forcibly
cleared of peaceful protesters.

Ornato also helped coordinate numerous rallies across the country during the pandemic,
per Trump’s wishes.

More than 130 Secret Service officers and dozens of Secret Service agents helping to
protect the president and vice president either tested positive for the coronavirus in 2020
or had to quarantine because of suspected contact with infected co-workers.

Ornato will be leaving the White House and is slated to return to the Secret Service
to become the assistant director overseeing the agency’s Rowley Training Center.

Sorry, Trump fans: Al Gore was never considered president-elect

On Sunday morning -
staff arriving at President Trump’s reelection campaign headquarters were greeted with
a reassuring sight:

reproductions of a Washington Times front page declaring former vice president Al Gore
the winner of the 2000 presidential contest.

The message was clear;
as campaign communications director Tim Murtaugh put it in a tweet, it was
a “reminder that the media doesn’t select the president.”

The voters selected Biden to replace Trump.

The media never called Gore “president-elect” at all.

The Washington Times never carried that front page.

Trump’s campaign posted a ‘President Gore’ headline to question the election.

It was not real.

"...the front page was faked. And the Times, a conservative publication, called out
Murtaugh over it.

“Those photos have been doctored."

"The Washington Times never ran a ‘President Gore’ headline,” the paper’s main account
responded to Murtaugh’s tweet. In a second tweet, the newspaper added that Murtaugh
was “officially notified via email about this error.”

Twitter users soon dug up images of the actual Times cover from that date, which included
a headline that read, “PRESIDENT BUSH.”

Images of the fabricated front page show that whoever edited the page did not change
the lead story, which clearly distinguishes George W. Bush as the winner.

The campaign’s attempt to compare 2020 with 2000 through a doctored newspaper
front page is the latest attempt to diminish the media’s credibility when calling a
presidential race.
