As you say, it is still early, and there might be a complaint filed against her. It is only a accusation, but there seems to be substantial evidence it is valid. And it's a civil matter, not a criminal complaint.

As my lawyer explained to me when the State Government ruled that my employer wrongfully terminated me, the appeal they filed was automatic because so few actually show up to the appeal proceedings and the win by default.

Its an EEOC complaint, not a law suit. You file those against the employer, not managers.

Regardless, Chipolte is a total dumpster fire. With all the problems they have with that chain I can't believe anyone still eats there.
