Lets Get Physical

Good morning Beautiful, so when your working out.. are you just concentrating on what your doing. I tend to go in to deep thought and the music seems to help me focus... The guitars cant be fast or loud enough.
 
Depends on what you need it for. I like music when I run distance for those grinds when you just have to keep powering through. For that, there are two songs that I find helpful:

L'estasi dell'oro - Bandini
Right here, right now - Fatboy Slim (not endorsing any implied message here)

Obviously, neither of these are good for shorter, high-intensity workouts.
