Graham is right about Trump’s racist, fascist, misogynistic comments hurting Trump (they’re hurting the ENTIRE "republican" party, imho), but Graham’s comment about Trump’s policies being “good for America” and that Trump “wins” in a policy debate with Vice President Harris is completely detached from reality. Trump’s policies are hurting Trump and the "republican" party just as much as those racist, fascist, misogynistic comments (it’s all interconnected, imho).
