Making Sourdough bread has been on my to do list for quite some time. I know it takes quite a bit of time and work.

So last week I got the starter going. Let it do its thing all week.

Fed it again early this weekend.

Yesterday morning was go time. Took half the starter early. Gave it some ingredients. Let it rest. Bubble up. Gave it the rest of the ingredients later. Mixed it. Kneaded the fuck out of it. Let it rise.

I came back to it a couple hours later. Punched it down. Split it in two. Formed round loaves. Covered and let it rise again.

Came back a couple hours later. Was so happy with how it rose, I took a picture.
