The architecture of the museum is almost always as impressive as the art inside! I've never been to Statens Museum for kunst. I have visit Gyptoteket and my favorite is Louisiana!

Beautiful pics! And you fit in perfectly!

It is years since I last visited Louisiana!! Oh, I want to go there again so badly! 🤩

And yes, the architecture in itself is a worth a visit. Glyptoteket is still able to take my breath away.
(Have you visited the rooftop bar? The view over the rooftops and watching all the old towers of the old Copenhagen.. it is maddeningly surreal, to see the city, the history and enjoying a cold drink.. I really love doing those things!)

Lots of skandi cool in all those pics... I really do need to get myself to Copenhagen sometime.

Copenhagen is such a versatile and easy city! Well.. of course I would say that, being from here and all. 🤣

But yeah, skandi cool.. the city does have that quality in buckets. 😎

You are absolutely gorgeous. Fun to think I once (long ago) stood in the same place as you :)

Oh!!! You did? Now that is funny to think! 😁

Thank you!
- My youngest daughter attends an art school at the museum. Which only gives me an extra opportunity to visit the exhibitions.

Is it even possible to ever be done with a museum? 🤔😅❤️
That’s amazing. My eldest wants to go to art school and I hope she ends up somewhere that inspiring
(Plus you don’t look old enough to have children in art school )

It is the university's art school for kids, with the same teachers and in the same workshop locations.

My youngest is turning 11 soon. 😅

She wants to be an artist, so.. I do my best to support her. 💫

We try to visit once a year. I was there i January the last time. I love the whole package. The art, the architecture and the location. The view from the restaurant is priceless.

No I haven't been to the rooftop. It's been ages since I was there so I'm not sure it was there then. You have to show me sometime. :)

No - there's always something you see and then wonder why haven't I seen that before?

A nice place in a doofy part of town, that's for sure ;P

😂 Yeah.. well, it is rather clumsy.. but you have to remember: that part of the town was used as the king's "Summer house" area (The Rosenberg castle was the king's summer castle residence.. out of the city 🤣)

With time the university started building their buildings.. It had become a kinda weird area! 😆
