I was discussing with my best friend Wyld about sex toys and the things we learn from them. What have you learned. Here are three we touched base on:
1. Spare batteries (4, 5, or 6 sets)
2. When the handle is hot and something smells like it is burning stop playing. A story about this rule's origin
3. Save your receipts.
4. Invest in Rechargeable Batteries
5. Always keep a back up toy handy
6. Invest in a Quiet toy for those times you have to be discreet
7. Invest in Quality not Cheap batteries (this could apply to toys too)
8. Always have more than one toy (this is different then having a backup)
9. Never come between a woman, her toy, and her playtime
10. Ask others for their recommendations on what their favorites are and why. Makes for interesting conversation and helps from wasting money in the long run.
11. Use as directed or insert yourself with caution
12. Take care of your toys - wash them when you've recovered from their tantalizing
13. Create a way to retrieve it if it doesn't have a flared end
14. Invest in a rechargeable toy (notice toy not battery for this rule)
15. Use plenty of lubricant or produce plenty
16. Bigger isn't always Better (and I'll add - Expensive isn't always better either)
17. Consider taking your partner along with you
18. Sometimes if it looks too big... it really is too big
19. Protect your keyboard
20. If you have one of those vibes that can be activated when you get a call on your mobile phone, or a text...make sure it's properly switched OFF if you have it with you when you're out...flipping embarrassing when it goes off in your bag and your bag starts to dance off the table
21. Never rule out food
22. Get yourself some Afterglow wipes. Great when the thought of getting up to wash your toys seems more effort than you can muster.
23. If it doesn't say it's waterproof, keep it out the bath/shower!!!
So share with us what you have learned or a funny experience and I'll share with you folks how I learned lesson number 2.
