There's a ton of possible situations to develop this off of.

I was thinking of the contests that they have in the clubs I go to near campus. Wet T-shirts, most attractive, hottest dancer, costume, whatever.

Maybe a club has a female employee who has a running reputation for being able to arouse even the most straight laced of women. Its kind of a challenge thing. Each contestant has ten minutes with her on the bar or dance platform. If they can come away unaroused then they win a bunch of cash.

I like all these ideas. Here's another.

Your protagonist has just suffered a breakup, having been cheated on by her ex-boyfriend. Her friends, in an effort to cheer her up, decide to take her for dancing and drinks. They get out to the club, and as the evening goes on there are several instances of girl/girl making out, at first just to tease the men watching, but as the drinks start to make a difference this changes. It becomes a non-threatening way of satisfying that new void in the protagonist's life, at least for the evening. So this is going on, the main character moving around the room from girl to girl, when she winds up with a girl she doesn't know who is either bi or gay.

The two of them start making out hardcore, when the new girl drags the main girl to a shady corner of the club and things start to intensify. Eventually this new girl is going down on our protagonist, with her moaning and writhing, back to the wall. This is fine and good until her friends come to find her, and watch in awkward arousal as she is eaten-out by this stranger. From there you can take it where you will.

I think it's every club I've been to, even now.

We were in a larger city for a bachelorette party, and with me being the 'grandmotherly oldest' at 34 when this happened, the rest of the girls were my sister's age in mid to late 20s...so I was schocked when they did it..all the girls I was with did all sorts of light kissing, touching etc..even my sister!

Real sex clubs do require a membership. Swingers clubs are by invitation only.

Basically, a sex club is just a place where people go to have sex while people watch. Some have rooms where people can watch through glass as well. If alone, you have to be invited into the action. Women are almost always accepted. Some require a man to be with a member. All that I know do require that. Hate to say it, but good looks is also a requirement. No, I don't belong to any.
