As for the main point.....age differentials shouldn't come in to it really, if it feels right (and as long as it's legal) do it..and have fun.

For the records, when I was 48, my girlfriend was 26...and the age difference mattered not to either of us.

I was at a party when I met this female that was 17, who was turning 18 the next month (driver's license). I was in my 30's, but we were both hard and heavy for each other. In the a case of a younger female, I wouldn't use the phrase, "Who's your Daddy?" it'd be too weird!
Go for it, as long as it's legal where you live. (16 will get you 20)

A loaded question you posed Spice. Lets assume all parties are of legal age to avoid that pitfall. Many relationships where the age difference is great do work out but I believe the statistics won't give you much of a chance. Most do not last. But then most marriages don't last either even without the age difference. My personal opinion is take a little extra time to get to know one another and then if it still feels right do it.

If the only question is lust and sex, play safe and go for it. Just be sure you are both on the same plain or as the lovely Freya pointed out emotions can be fragile.

I think it's almost impossible to "rape" a 19yr. old male.

Women in their 30's do well with younger men. They are very sexually compatible. It has been discussed on numerous threads here.

If you are only interested in sex, but you feel he is going to want an emotional committment, then don't. It's not fair to him or you. But if it's just about fucking each other's brain out..my god..go for it.
