If there is any legacy left, it is the 2009 incident when he was in Shanghai to deliver a speech to Chinese students. A girl tried her best to get the front row seat and stripped her red overcoat right behind him and got the attention from the world media. This girl was very tricky and got her name known around the Internet as "Girl of Obama". That might be the best and only legacy of Obama to Chinese people, haha!
