She's inflated her chest, added extensions to hair, glued on fake nails painted in multiple tones, along with the standard modifications of make up, tan, etc. And the only modification you're concerned about are her tattoos? And OP no....don't do guidettes. I like my granola girls...no make up...hairy...jeans and T shirts pony tail type that doesn't have to get all clubbed out just to leave the house.
