I've still actually got some black Nylon that was some of the first rope i had ever bought that i got from a Academy (Army Navy type store) in the boat department. about 5/8in. and thicker that the black jute That was the last i got at Bondage Expo in Dallas. The jute does better in a complicated harness and holds together better than nylon.

We mostly use knothead nylon because of how it looks in photos, and how it feels against my skin but I like jute too
If you order jute by the spool we found it's WAY cheaper, you just need to treat it yourself but that's my husbands thing haha!

Knothead def isn't cheap, but he has great service and his colours are really consistent batch to batch and it looks great in photos (which for us is important) so we don't mind paying extra
