*Overweight or obese
*Chain-smokes constantly
*Rarely leaves the house unless it is to get food or cigarettes
*Sits on a chair or lies on the couch all day and watches television?
*Is generally disrespectful of everyone
*Excessive facial hair or a beard
*Is a cheapskate
*House is disgustingly filthy and poorly maintained
*House contains dirty and old furniture
*Landscaping is not maintained and is overgrown
*Plays the television on very high volume settings
*Shouts at people over trivial matters
*Sleeps an average of 10 hours per day
*Clothes are dirty and stained with food and tobacco
*Refuses to repair things when they break

Food and nicotine are both horrible addictions which can easily ruin an individuals life. Evidently this is what happened to my stepfather.
