That’s according to a summons filed in New York state court by Momentum Telecom, a company that sells internet-based calling technology. The Atlanta-based company says it was stiffed out of more than $30,000 by Giuliani Partners LLC, which Giuliani founded in 2002 after his second mayoral term.

This is the second lawsuit filed this year against New York’s former mayor and Giuliani Partners. In January, Noelle Dunphy, a 43-year-old who described herself as a former employee who was sexually harassed by Giuliani, filed a lawsuit claiming she started doing “business development” work for him in 2019, only to discover that he would get drunk and launch into racist tirades. She says that he also demanded sexual favors from her, until she was eventually fired in 2021.

“On every day of the week, Giuliani would begin drinking shortly after awakening and would continue consuming alcohol persistently and in excess, affecting his behavior as her boss and lawyer,” Dunphy’s lawsuit states.
read the entire article for the list of incredibly dodgy people he hired, a disturbing number of whom went to jail for felony charges of fraud, resigned because of accusations of sexual abuse and so on.

Giuliani is just another of those "let's get on with putting him down" figures in this MAGA swamp.

According to the New York Daily News, Giuliani is being sued by the employee who put his hand on Giuliani's back and called him a "Scumbag." The incident landed the store employee in prison, he lost his job and conservatives came after him. The charges were ultimately dismissed, but Gill and his lawyer argue that Giuliani continued lying about the incident causing more harm to Gill.

Giuliani claimed at the time that he was assaulted by a man who attacked him. He called it assaulting an elderly person. Giuliani remarked the experience was like being “hit on the back as if a boulder hit me."

CCTV footage of the incident showed a different story. Gill approached Giuliani, patted him on the back with an open palm, said something and walked off. The ordeal was over in seconds.

failing search for and provide records in a defamation lawsuit Georgia election workers filed against him for accusing them of ballot fraud in the 2020 presidential election, Reuters reports.

Donald Trump’s former lawyer was ordered to pay unspecified attorney fees and other legal costs associated with efforts to compel Giuliani to search for the documents, the report said.

Freeman and Moss sued Giuliani and the right-wing outlet One America News (OAN) in 2021 over allegations they linked Moss and Freeman to a vote-rigging conspiracy.

Giuliani has previously denied the claims and OAN last year settled the lawsuit for an undisclosed sum in an agreement that has not yet been made public.
of course he claimed, via his lawyers, that to access the data base once his machines had been taken would cost a lot, but the judge concluded he'd already given up an ineffective search before the computers were seized.

Gotta dig deep if you want to find dirt to throw.

Meanwhile other businesses all around the world stiff their clients and customers on a daily basis and there's not a single derogatory word about that to be found here.

Stick it to the cabal until they’re all broke or dead.

The added bonus is the butthurt and tears it elicits from our resident RWCJ “members”.

judge demands to know why giuliani didn't forfeit the court case brought against him by the two women—Ruby and Shae—that he spread lies about

federal judge on Friday demanded an explanation from Rudy Giuliani as to why he conceded in court that he made false and defamatory statements about two Georgia election workers after the 2020 election but hasn’t forfeited their lawsuit against him.
Giuliani has until Tuesday afternoon to either forfeit the lawsuit, conceding he is liable and opening himself up to pay the ballot-counters’ damages, or give Judge Beryl Howell more explanation and appear before her for a hearing in mid-August.

He's competing with the Cheeto in Chief for dumb lawsuits, perhaps he's harking back to the old days when he used to be an attorney.

He's a co-conspirator in the Trump indictment plus he...
faced further embarrassment this week when a woman suing him for sexual assault and harassment revealed an assortment of disparaging remarks she said he had made. ...
Ms. Dunphy said in her lawsuit that she had audio recordings that supported her claims. The recordings themselves have not been made public. In the transcripts filed on Tuesday by Ms. Dunphy’s lawyer, Justin T. Kelton, Mr. Giuliani uses a homophobic slur, makes disparaging remarks about Jews and women and uses sexually explicit language in conversation with Ms. Dunphy.
In one excerpt, he complains that the Jewish people continue to celebrate the ancient holiday of Passover.

“Jews,” he says. “They want to go through that freaking Passover all the time. Man, oh, man. Get over the Passover. It was like 3,000 years ago. OK, the Red Sea parted. Big deal. Not the first time that happened.”

I heard a prediction from a podcast yesterday that he flipped and likely won't be charged. That would be an interesting twist

Flipped shlipped!

He needs to be punished!

Oh how he has fallen !

Judge finds Giuliani defamed Georgia election workers, orders sanctions

Giuliani will still go to trial in D.C. federal court on the amount of monetary damages he owes to Ruby Freeman and Wandrea ArShaye Moss for defaming them. But Judge Beryl A. Howell has already ordered Giuliani to pay roughly $132,000 in sanctions between his personal and business assets for failures to hand over relevant information to the plaintiffs.
“Just as taking shortcuts to win an election carries risks—even potential criminal liability—bypassing the discovery process carries serious sanctions, no matter what reservations a noncompliant party may try artificially to preserve for appeal,” Howell wrote.

He’s going to have to sell his 6 million dollar apartment, God willing!!

I see that Trump is refusing to pay Rudy's legal fees but is offering to support him in fundraiser events.

So Rudy is now Trump's charity case.

his former lawyer's now suing him for unpaid bills plus interest

new filing shows amount at @ $1.36M

Costello and the law firm maintain “from on or about November 2019 through on or about July 2023” they offered legal services to Giuliani in the form of representing him while being investigating by the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York, the Fulton County District Attorney's Office, Special Counsel Jack Smith, and during a investigation by the U.S. House Select Committee investigating the Jan. 6, 2021 insurrection.

Both parties also say Giuliani directed them to “supervise more than ten civil lawsuits filed” against him as well as “participating in representing the Defendant in disciplinary proceedings regarding his law license in the District of Columbia and the First Department of New York.”

They said that while the legal services given to him total $1,574,196.10, Giuliani has only paid $214,000.

the lawyer/firm also want a hearing to determine reasonable recompense of costs involved in having to file to get what's owed them:

The lawsuit says that by signing a retainer agreement with the firm, Giuliani agreed to pay for the legal services as performed, and notes that Giuliani “never raised any objection regarding the correctness of the invoices, the amount billed or that they were issued by DHC” over the years.

That retainer agreement also provides that “in the event Plaintiffs commence a legal proceeding in order to recover legal fees and disbursements, Plaintiffs shall be awarded their reasonable costs and attorneys’ fees,” the complaint says.
In a statement, Giuliani said that he was “personally hurt” by the lawsuit.

It’s a real shame when lawyers do things like this, and all I will say is that their bill is way in excess to anything approaching legitimate fees,” the statement said.
fuckin' lawyers, right? don't they know they're supposed to do donnie boy and his minions' work pro bono?

He failed to pay restitution to the defamed GA election official by the required date. Time for jail.
