Lavy, Mishka, Siren, U lawer types I dare you to

I should clarify

this is not about politics or some off the wall setup. Just a real life judge who may be the AJ of judges.

OK, there are at least a couple of shitty lawyers in Texas and at least one judge who watches too many Night Court reruns.

So, what's the dare?

I haven't read it.

But, Todd, how many legal documents have you seen in your life? You act as if you've read thousands and are an expert. I doubt you've seen that many U.S. legal documents. But that's just a hunch.

Your probably right I probably haven't read as near as many as you have. But I have read a good 3 a week now for the last 2 years on the interenet, usually ones dealing with some poor smoe being screwed out of his constituational rights illegally.

OK...I'm Jumping the Gun Here

Couldn't help myself. I have so far stayed out of political discussions here, but now am fired up and want to get my 2-cents worth in, even though I haven't checked your links out.......yet.

I am currently reading "At Any Cost" by Bill Sammons.
I think this book should be REQUIRED READING for anyone who voted for Al Gore in the last election.

'Nuff said. I'm off to click a link here.
MrB

Okay, I have to go to the crying thread and change my answer.

That was priceless.....

wiping the tears from my face and trying to breathe again

Um, Todd, most people aren't legally screwed out of their Constitutional rights.

And thanks for posting the links, A_J. I love reading judges' responses to some of the inanities of the legal profession. Let me see if I can repay you by digging up a great opinion on change of venue from Galveston...

Thanks for this, AJ. That was well worth it.

I really would love to see some crayon-mustard briefs. That'd be really entertaining.
