Walker is wrong for one important reason; California voters banned same-sex marriage and their governor & attorney general refuse to defend the law, violating their oathes to defend the California Constitution. Walker can make the same argument for any elected or appointed official who refuses to do her job. If a Usual Suspect judge refuses to sentence a murderer or the comptroller refuses to pay state employees. In a sense Walker authorized Ahnuld and Moonbeam to be dictators.
