Dude, make sure your spam filters are off. It might be why you aren't getting your confirmation email.

Then go to http://www.Blurty.com/lostinfo.bml to have your password e-mailed to you. When you do this, the server will notice you are not validated, and it will include instructions in the e-mail, telling you where to go to confirm that you've received it.

It's automated within the site. If that doesn't work I'm sure Laurelina can fix you.

I always had problems with hotmail flinging my mail into folders I didn't tell it to put them in. I'm so happy I've had my domain pop account for the past few years.
