Like i said, someone on the gb had it as an av for awhile..when you think about..the av i'm using is i'm sure copywritten in some way. If you have questions PM Laurel. It's her site, i'm sure she'd be able to help you. I don't think however, you'd be sued. If they don't want it used, then they should've never put it on the net..just my opinion of course.

Also..av's have to be 150x150 in order to use them for av's.
