Well my local drive is closing for the summer after this weekend.
:(

Now I have to drive at least 45 minutes to get to a movie theater. So I will be going to the movies a lot less.

Anyway, last night I saw The Princess Diaries and Spy Kids: Special Edition.

Kiddie night! Tons of minivans and even more little kids running around. And 19 yr old me, by myself (no, I don't look out of place at all.)

About the movies.
Princess Diaries was cute, a little too cute. Very predictable. But ok. It seemed really long though.

Spy Kids, I actually liked this movie! I thought it was funny. And Antonio Banderas was in it, which didn't hurt!
:D

I saw Princess Diaries...imagine my shock when across the screen walks someone I went to highschool with!

That's cool PacificBlue. Was it a big part or an extra?

She played the part of the coach in the movie. She has also been an anchor on one of those entertainment shows. She's really nice and very, very funny. I am amazed at all she can do with her voice. I hope she gets more parts.

So that was a pretty decent sized role. That's very cool!

She was a good character in the film.

Summer's closing. YEAH!!!!!! Well...I'm just happy about that because I CAN'T WAIT for "Harry Potter." And "Episode 2" is coming. If only George gets rid of Jar Jar quickly, the movie should be REAL cool. I also heard it was going to be ALOT like "Empire." Can I get a "HELL YEAH!!!!!?"

I don't know but hearing that Yoda is going to be duel wielding light sabres arnis style turned me on to see it even more.

I can't wait to see it either! I love Harry Potter. :D

That's one of the view movies that I am going to drive 45 minutes to see at the "real" theater.
