yeah something happened between some people here. It seems to be over and everyone wants the thread to cease its existence. But is it not true, that if everyone, including myself, continues to reply to this thread that it will continue?

why the hell do people come in and attempt to get this thread back to its original purpose?

Congrats baby!!! (hijacks are my specialty, lmao). I had the hardest time giving up that last smoke before bed. Now hubby's going to go through it.

He's getting the patch though. Moooooody bastard without the nicotine queen in his system.

The true test will be when the patch comes off. (I live with a smoker who seems to think she needs to make up for the smoking I'm not doing.)

Possibly the most amusing thread I've read in a while. I couldn't get this much entertainment with a $100 bill on Hollywood Blvd. A sincere thanks to the participants.
 
Quitting around a smoker is SO fucking difficult. It's the sole reason I went back so often and still occasionally fall off the proverbial wagon.

The sick thing is.. she is mad because I'm able to quit. She isn't.
So part of my will to quit is to piss her off. It's sick. I know I shouldn't take pleasure in it. But I do and I can't help it. ;)

There is no oral fixation anymore. I broke that habit early on. Plus.. like I told Mr Freaky.. until the habit of "after sex smokes" is out of my system.. there will be no sex. :D
