With you being in London, i'm sure u can go to an area there that i don't remember the name. Ah, it's where all the sex stores/ underground clubs are. I'm sure u know what i'm talking about. And see if you can find a store that will custom fit things for your. Might be a wee bit more pricey, but it will surely keep you happy. My cousin lived in the West End and she had the same problem. If i can get ahold of her i'll get you the number of the ladies who helped her out...
