Lands End/Land's End

Can some nice English person tell me which of these is the correct treatment for the place-name? I'm submitting a poem for publication today that includes a reference to it, and I can't seem to find a definitive answer.

I grabbed a couple of road atlases out of the book case and they both show Land's End.
