Could always go down the route that they never actually get to touch one another let alone have sex!

Maybe she finally does a show for him, maybe a slow build up over a few nights...teasing him night in night out.

Then finally she goes all the way flaunts it all then has sex (with husband, pedestrian I know) for the guys viewing pleasure.


Not sure if that would be a serious let down for many though. I just find the idea of these two people forever performing for the other but never talking, touching or sharing a little different from the norm.

I'm going to take a different tack here. She can be the narrator of his many adventures. He's aware she watches - always leaves curtains open etc.

They say hi in public as they are neighbors - but really never interact.

Her internal dialog can be her observing his actions - which may lead to her having fantasies of her own with the people on her life.

So - as example - after he knows she's been watching for a while he puts on a show - uses a butt plug or other toy in his rear, while working on his cock with a toy - say a fleshlight.

She watches - and it segues into a fantasy of her using a strap-on to peg her husband - while the girl from the grocery check out is busy giving hubby a hand job or something.

From her fantasies the reader finds out she is far kinkier than her exhibitionist neighbor is.

I think its a great idea for a story. Both for him and her. He gets to creatively pursue his exhibitionist tendencies (which he didn't know he had..but is really enjoying a lot..a whole new side to himself), while she lives this other life, of the eroticism of watching when she feels like. The only issue is can she keep it to herself, or feel compelled to invite a girlfriend over to watch as well.

Or, add a little Twilight Zone to it. One day she sees him and he looks like an average guy. The next day, he appears older. Then the next time he looks much younger. Then maybe he appears darker in skin color. Or he might one day appear to be "feminine". But in all guise, it's the same man.
