hey everybody,
i have a question...albeit, one that will make me look as inexperienced as i am, but here goes nothing... ok, i've heard about how keigel exercises can help the guy get off better during sex. i know, according to magazines and friends, that these are the muscles you use to stop urine flow. However, how do you know if you are really "tight" enough? i practice these all the time and i don't know if they're really working, and i would rather not ask my boyfriend? i can't be that big because he's the first i've been with, and hasn't complained, but i'm still worried... so please tell me your method of squeezing down there or what have you, and what it feels like to you (sensations, technique, etc.)when doing this during sex. Does it feel different from when you're alone? i know i must sound like a freak, but honestly, i just want to be the best sex my boyfriend has ever had. maybe i'm paranoid, but i just need to know how to move right.
don't get me wrong, i love sex (boyfriend lives 500 miles away, though, so two times a month is a privelidge, and i want to be a hellcat in bed), but i know there are so many ways i can perform better. any tips i can use? both ladies and gentlemen welcome to respond... thanks, i'm really glad i can ask questions like these here! take care!
