I get excited and I don't necessarily have to "work" for it, it just happens - usually depending on how excited I get, the first happens in under 10 minutes, then the following orgasms are usually 3-4 minutes apart.
I think the mitigating factor is simply how sensitive & tight I am, tho what drives the intensity even further is a guys voice encouraging me...I find it highly erotic.
