Ladies, I have an idea....

I've been thinking of starting another pic thread, but have had to do *a lot* of thinking about it, considering what happened as a result of my first one.
My thread was very special to me because of all the people I met, the fun I had, and the really nice way I was treated. In all honesty, I miss sharing my pics, even after what happened to me. After talking with Trail about it, we've come up with several ideas that I think just might make a resurrection possible, and I'd like to know what you think?
The biggest problem for me is that I don't have a great deal of time to devote to maintaining a thread as I did that thread. He suggested a bit of a joint effort...with some of you ladies, and him as well. We thought of sharing some of our own (tasteful) pics of us together, and also, of having a group of us ladies in one thread together. This way, no one is tied down to it, we can contribute freely when and if we have time, etc...it could be a lot of fun, and its a huge bonus to the viewer, lol. We even thought of having themes, such as eyes, legs, pretty lingerie, etc. That led to the idea of maybe getting together and doing our pics together. Since I really want to and am planning to meet kitty, I think that would be a ton of fun! (LOL kitty, I don't mean anything risque, but like just_pet and honeylicks pics on the GB???) I'd love to have kitty, just_pet, Jewelz, bad_kitty and honeylick aboard, but don't let that stop you from expressing interest. I never visit this forum anymore, so I'm just not up to date on who is still doing pics, or what newbies might be interested. So...if anyone is interested, please reply or PM me.

Oh, and I like to take and share all kinds of pics...travels, our homes, our gardens, anything at all, not just our bodies. This could be lots of fun!

What happened that made you stop posting pics? I am just curious....feel free to tell me to mind my own business if you want...it's all good. And I would LOVE to participate in a thread of this sort...that's not just nude pics....because i don't have too many nudes...but other pics i have a TON of. GREAT idea!

What happened didn't actually happen in this forum, it happened on the General Board. I had a link in my sigline that linked to my pics on my webpage. These were pics I took from my thread here and saved onto my site. Anyway, a couple members took the pics, distorted some of them, and posted them all over the internet. They even created their own web pages with my pics, in an attempt to hurt me. They started threads, one after another, with my pics in them, making fun of them, etc. (They were people I didn't even know.) Soon after, I stopped sharing my pics, deleted my thread, and blocked access to my web pages.
I've taken what value there is to be gained from the situation, and dumped the rest.

Well, I always crop and resize with Microsoft Photo Editor, it is simple to use (even I managed to )

I am sick and tired of the few that dictate our actions based on their "distorted" or mindless views. Whether it's the unauthorized posting of your pics elsewhere or a couple of people writing or picketing a company about a product or commerical causing it to be removed when the vast majority may desire it. Sadly, we base what we do and how we do it on how others think about or view us. GRRRRRRRR.... I am directly involved in the conflict overseas, but, as usual, the misguided few try to paint us as mongrals, baby killers, or whatever. I'd be happy to start a group to gather funds to fly those out of our great nation so that they may live elsewhere. Sometime ago, I took the courage and conviction to live my life for me, not others that have absolutely zero input into my desires. God bless you for having the courage to "come back". I wish you all the courage to say, It's my life.

kelley&tracy, thank you for your comments, I appreciate your sentiment. Thats the one thing that remained unsettled for me, the feeling that someone else was controlling me. I felt like I gave in somehow, and even worse, they pretty much ended my experience here as I knew it. But, I am just stubborn enough to buck at every turn...it must be that backbone of steel, southern belle thing. No one will ever again define my experience here, but me.

OK, someone PMed me with a suggestion for a thread title. "Lit's Garden of Eden". I really like it, so I think what I'll do is let this thread remain for a little while longer to allow anyone interested to post here, then I'll start the new thread under this title. Whatcha think? I probably won't be able to do any pics today, but maybe later tonight or tomorrow, I'll have the time. Once its started, we can talk about what themes we might want to try, and also start your sets, or however you do it. This is nothing formal, just do your thing, OK?
