ultimately, guys underwear is designed to be comfortable, girls' underwear is designed to be sexy. that's why guys like me love wearing girls' lingerie, to look and feel sexy. i'd understand if girls wanted to wear guys' stuff for comfort, but it's probably a bit less usual (although not completely unusual) to wear it to feel sexy.
