This idea just occured to me. A South Korean housewife in her early forties moves to the States along with her engineer hubby and teenage son . However, her husband eventually ends up in jail after trying to pick up an under-aged hooker. Devoid of income, she decides to become a sex-worker who operates from home and gets her son to help out with this undertaking. Meanwhile, one of her son's friend ends up becoming her regular customer and winds up developing romantic feelings for her. Knowing this, her son urges his friend to impregnate his mom, knowing that they will be able to qualify for American residency should his mom give birth to an American baby. Any thoughts or feedback on this? I won't be able to work on this straight away since there are a couple of other stories that I need to work on, but I though this was an interesting idea worth developing. Thanks in advance.

I don't believe immigration law works that way. The child would have to be 21 before they could try to get a green card for their parent. Of course, everyone in the story could just be ignorant of that and try for it anyway...

That's a plauisble suggestion. The Korean kid isn't aware of this fact. As for the mom, she has other motivations. She is is smitten by her son's handsome African American friend and wants to have his child as part of some primal need to be bred by such a handsome, pshycially awesome individual.

I have a further question. Would a middle-aged Korean immigrant woman be able to qualify for a green card if she were to marry an American? Once again, thanks.

Yeah, definitely. Once you're married, it's easy to get a green card for a spouse who's already legally in the US. It takes just a few months once you've submitted the paperwork.

The Korean woman could commit polygamy or have a marriage liscense to an American faked and let him impregnate her as well. She could encourage her son to go out and fuck an American girl and knock her up as well.

Why fake a marriage license? USCIS requires an in-person interview with both parties, and extensive documentation of a relationship. Unless she's also going to get a lease, car title, bills, &c in both names, hire an actor to play her husband, and hire him for at least two years, after which she can get her permanent green card, there's no point in faking just a marriage license, not to mention the risk of going to jail. USCIS doesn't take immigration fraud lightly.

She would like that but her son is a short, nerdy FOB with absolutely no game. He also has a secret cross-dressing fetish that his mom only learns about later.
