For example:

Does MIL even know who the father is? And if she does, does she tease and blackmail hubbie, or does she she just playfully dance around the issue.

Does FIL demand to know who knocked his wife up, leading to husband having to convince him that there’s no need to fear and the baby is totally his, no paternity test required.

So, assuming that MIL has a husband, our hero just takes it in stride, knowing that FIL will assume that the kid is his. He also keeps fucking MIL, figuring she can't get any pregnanter than she already is. Besides, her hormones are raging now and she can't get enough of his cock. So it's all good.
