When I was living in Toronto, there would be girls on campus who, when it was right around ten or fifteen degrees farenheit, would wear short little skirts and some type of leggings or knee socks. It was crazy.

While they look hot, as soon as the warm weather passes here, my skirts and knee sock combos are disappearing for the winter.
