I'm doing okay. It's a sunny but cool/windy day here in the North Island today.... I've been very domesticated and done 2 loads of washing! LOL

it was sunny and about 70 here:) i went on a 25 mile bike ride it was very nice:) now i am relaxing:)

you know it;) this summer i am going on a 9 or 10 day ride 80-100 miles a day:) think you can keep up?;)

Biking is good, and as a kid I was able to bike 50-60 miles per day. Don't know if I can do that now, but I know for sure that I can keep what counts "up"
