FINALLY!​

Whew!
After a tricky final week of pregnancy, baby Jorja was born on the 12th August, 2006!
I went into labor at 2am - contractions starting immediatly being 4 minutes apart! I held off as long as possible but got to hospital just before 5am. Two and a half hours later at 7.30am, my daughter was born!
It was a drug free, natural labor... yet somehow I managed to push out a 54cm, 9 lbs 9 human! (4.3 kg!) - (someone get the woman a bourbon!!)

She's totally gorgeous - (looks like her dad), but has a mass of dark hair like me!



We spent one night in hospital, before I decided to come home the next afternoon. We are both doing well - a little sleep deprived, but well.
It's great being able to move around like a normal human again, and I only look 3 months pregnant now, instead of 36! Hehehe!

Anyway, here's a couple of pics.

It's quite appropriate too - Auckland has it's annual Erotica weekend.... if I'm up to it the new daddy said he'd take me, seeing as how that's where we met up again after years apart.... it's all very romantic being amongst the vibrators, whips and naked bodies.
