"Rugged up" means wrapped up warmly. Warm comfy clothes, blankets etc.

I think I've given up with greetings based on parts of the day, I find the good old G'Day makes up for being in a different time zone to most people, some may say I'm in a different universe...but that's another story. After all if there was intelligent life else where, why the hell would they come here.

I'm not doing so well. Had some bad luck over Easter. But you know what they say...what doesn't kill you makes you stronger..then you get run over by a bus...shit happens!
