Kissing the studded tongue

Having never experienced kissing a mouth with a studded tongue can anyone tell me if it is any different to kissing a mouth with no stud.
Not an idle query, but truly would like to know if you even notice the metal implant.
Can it scratch your tongue in a duel?
Is it like munching on a pierced earlobe?
Does that bit of spinach or steak from tonight's dinner pop out from behind the clasp to surprise your roving tongue?

Well, having made out with a number of people with tongue studs and other facial piercings I haven't ever been injured, cut, or scratched, or had and portion of a previous meal appear. But I don't like to play with people with poor hygiene so it may be that.
It's very noticeable, it will rattle loudly against teeth, you can play with it, you should not try to grab their stud and pull on it with your teeth, etc. heh. I guess it's a bit like kissing an earlobe with a stud. But more mouth-like. I've always found it fun, anyway.
