Seriously, this episode looks like a matter of He said/she said. Women kiss each other in public all the time, including on TV, so I doubt if anybody would even notice something like that. On the other hand, a heavy petting and smooching session would be embarassing and discomfitting to many people, whether it was MM, FF or MF. I wasn't there, so I don't know what was happening.
As for what was said, I also don't know. I suspect there is a lying contest going on.
