every time i sneeze it feels like sandpaper is coming up my throat.

then i can not be blamed. i barely sneezed at all. i just had maddening sinus pressure and tons of snot. also, an annoying sensation that was almost a sneeze, but never quite got there. i actually pulled a few nose hairs to force it. stupid virus.

and i'm almost all better, so suck on that.
