Kink is more like what gives you a 'kick' and thrills you in term of sexual interest, it could be totally totally subjective for everyone but usually it would be something more out of the routine/out of the ordinary.
A fetish is more an obsession.
And well BDSM is an umbrella term for many different things.
Someone might have a kink, that also happens to be a fetish or not, and that may form part of BDSM... or not.
You may have a kink of seeing/touching/wearing some leather, latex, vinyl lingerie... it's kinky as it's out of the ordinary. It might stay as such, or it might grow as a fetish where your level of excitement only grows if it is involved, you focus on that. And the above may or may not involve any form of BDSM dynamic or play...

And to add: on the Internet, “fetish” is far more often used to describe someone’s particularly strong kink. To the point where I use the term “Internet fetish” to describe things like cake sitting and girls driving cars getting stuck in the mud.
Or you could invent your own internet fetish! I effectively invented the slime girl fetish. It’s fun!

Very good! I would agree completely. Speaking for myself I can say I enjoy a number of kinks, some involve BDSM some do not. I don't quite think I have a real fetish. I love being watched and shown off, but don't need it to get off at all. Helps sometimes though making a kink more intense.
