I start out on the left side when MS isn't there (he gets the left when he is) - and i take as much of it as i can get.

(I have a few sets of really good sheets too, MH, and wouldn't trade one of them in for 10 of the low thread count others. High thread count cotton sheets feel like silk against your naked skin as you're sleeping - or moving around on them.)

When it's really hot I sleep in a hammock I've rigged in the bedroom, sometimes I like to sleep on my sofa and when I really really cannot sleep I get on my motorcycle and ride to the coast, park up and sleep on a bench on the sea front.

It was a water bed, but now has a regular mattress in it.
I hate it because it is sooooo hard to find CA King sheets.

cymbidia where did you find yours? I may be looking in the wrong stores. I even went to an outlet that has sheets only, but they had just 3 patterns and all ugly!!! The sheets we use now are waterbed sheets, which I ripped up pretty bad, since the top sheet is attached to the bottom. I like the top sheet over me, not 1/2 on me also. Drives me crazy. I'm ready to tear them up worse just to have the excuse of buying new ones. Funny thing happened...he took it downstairs and sewed up where I tore it. geeeez!!

Then again, photography has always been a habit of mine, along with collecting pics. This one may not even come out good since I had to shrink it.
I like seeing bed sets...It gives me ideas on how I can rearrange my bedroom.

where did you find yours? I may be looking in the wrong stores.

Macy's. But in the last couple of years i've been going almost exclusively to CostCo for them, of all places. There, i've found CA King 550 thread count sheet complete SETS for, like, $60-$80. Lots of colors, patterns. WAY less expensive (like 75% less expensive) than anywhere i've ever bought them. Worth your time to check it out anyway.

Thank you Cymbidia & Desert Amazon, I haven't been to any of those places. I'm not sure where they are here (i've only lived in GA for 2yrs) and never saw any of those names. I'll be sure to look now!!

oh...btw..I forgot to mention, I sleep on the right side. He has the left, so he is closest to the door. I feel safer that way if he ever needed to get up quick for protection he won't be tripping over the edge of the bed or lacking time to have to go around it.

I sleep in a king size four poster bed, on the left, though I end up in the middle. I must have cotton sheets, polyester makes me cranky. My husband always says I give good bed.

I used to sleep on the right side, but I lost it in the Great Clock Radio custody battle of '93 (I suppose it would have been easier to just change sides, but that would have been too easy!)
