So we, my daughter and I, visited her fiancé at his design class (they are both bi)and another one of our friends (who is gay) was in the class also. I stopped and chatted with "N" while she went and gave her Fiancé a peck and a hug.
After chatting a moment, I joined them, and saw the two girls who were at the same drafting table with "N" whispering. He filled me in on the gossip.
Apparently as soon as I left they both wanted to know who the girl was. "N" told them that she was his fiancé. "But, we thought he was gay!" they said. "Nope." he replied. They whispered together again, terribly confused. "We also assumed you were gay."
He just shrugged and smiled mysteriously. "You know what they say about people who assume!"
