The pain is excruciating. I passed one and had others blasted with a laser in a non-invasive surgery. I much preferred the latter since it got rid of several stones before they became problems.

I had mine zapped, non invasive, but one had to be surgically removed which was a bit of a bugger. That was 8 years ago, no further problems

Water is your friend. Drink it.
I do not claim to be super healthy or anything but I have so far avoided health problems at least partly by drinking lots of water, avoiding fried foods and eating some kind of citrus fruit every day.
Was thinking of writing a book, The Bounty Hunters Diet. Lots of water and eat only what you kill. Sure that might add some charges if you're ever caught but by that time what difference does it make?

No. Sign of dehydration. Keep it up and you can develop stones.
