T-Rump is. He coasted to a victory on a wave of discontent with the status quo, special interests and had less people vote for him. He made for more gaffes then Hillary. He lost the popular vote and won with just 27% of potential voters. George 'the Moron' Bush and T-Rump show brains and intelligence are not pre-requisites for the job of POTUS.
