Hi all
I am trying to become a multiorgasmic man despite my past attempts i m no closer to my goal. I think i am not doing my kegels correctly. I have stopped my urine many many times so i think i know where my PC muscle is but when i contract it i feel i m the pelvic area go up but i m unable to stop contracting my anus my thighs, legs and stomach i don't contract but my buttocks for some reason i m unable to separate the movement of my PC muscle contracting and buttock contracting. I started off with 10X 2 times a day squeezing my muscle for 3 sec going to do 5 sec squeezes 15X 2 times a day now and then increase from there on in but i need to make sure i m doing this correctly otherwise no use. Is there a way to find out how strong my PC muscle is? i can stop the flow or urine easily when i started doing this last year anyway so no point in doing that. And wat should i do when i get close to the point of no return, bcz i have tried a lot to stop myself from ejaculating ie i can stop myself from ejaculating for 3-4 secs then all the cum just flows out then my penis throbs for 10-20 sec, i m still able to stroke mysef and then after 1-2 mins i have the urge to cum again? i m wanting to have a dry orgasm meaning no cum

I am able to do that as well. Hold that muscle right before I cum. The result for me though is it's shot out twice as hard. I've only been able to have a dry orgasm in my sleep (a partner causing an orgasm while im still partialy asleep, wake up to her saying my cock had contractions but nothing came out) if only I knew what i was doing unconsiously lol, but It's like Im partialy awake almost in a dream state and after feeling the orgasm i wake up.

She was into this kind of thing, and I just wished she would have done all these wonderful things more often while i was awake!

Another tip though. I've always been able to cum multiple times and I have learned that the more power I put into my orgasm the less chance I'm going to be ablel to do it again. I generally just let it happen, take it slow during the ejaculation then gradually build the pace up again, now if I were to flex hard and put a lot of power into my orgasm or just stop the pace entirely it's over for me. Sometimes it's worth doing it that way, but I normally have to keep going to get my partner off.

I think you should first try to make you lower abdominal muscles more powerful by the conventional excercies i.e sit ups, running etc.
 
You know it's strange for me I focus on my abdominals when I prepare to orgasm. If I avoid flexing them I last nearly forever. Guess it's how I learned to ejaculate, as goes with my first time. You know it's frustrating for me, because of that, I can't get off standing or on my back. I actually wish I could.

You have the right idea, you're just not doing it long enough. 3-4 seconds is nothing. You need to get to two minutes minimum. Right now, you're just strengthening that muscle. You need CONTROL. Work up to contracting that muscle for two minutes, holding it tight.

During sex or masturbation, as you feel yourself approaching that "Point Of No Return", contract the PC Muscle and keep it there. You will continue to progress to orgasm although it will not be as intense as if you were just allowing yourself to reach orgasm. DO NOT RELAX THE MUSCLE UNTIL YOUR SENSATION OF ORGASM HAS PASSED.

The "Mini - Orgasm" will happen and pass. It will be as if you just started. Usually after this, it takes me longer to reach that "Point Of No Return" again, although not always. They are nice and are not followed by that too intense to continue feeling. Since you did not ejaculate, you won't lose your erection, although you will probably be slightly less hard.

Note: When I say "point of no return", I mean that point when you know that if you continue, you are going to orgasm and ejaculate.

Now here's another tip - Ten times a day? Where did that come from? At your desk. Sitting in traffic. Taking a leak. Talking on the phone. In bed before going to sleep. All Day. Every Day. Practice Practice Practice. Then Practice some more. This does not happen overnight. It took me three or four months to get a little control. A year to get good control.

Two more things.

One - Two minutes may not be long enough. Everyone is different. Once you get to two minutes, keep going. Work up to five. I timed myself and can hold the muscle tight a good ten minutes. Of course, I've been practicing for nearly 20 years.

Two - Just because you can last an hour or more, doesn't mean you should. Your lady will probably get sore and want to stop.

Benefits. Multiple Orgasms although not as intense, still very good. When you do finally let go and have another, it will be more intense than usual and extra good. After a while, that too intense sensation you get after orgasm may lessen - enough so you can really enjoy oral, stroking or whatever afterwards AND those of you who can't take stimulation during orgasm will find yourselves enjoying a really excellent side benefit of longer, more intense orgasms during which stimulation adds greatly to your pleasure.

Now, this last thing, I'm not sure if it's a benefit or not but the stronger that muscle gets, the farther you can shoot your load :D

My Master has had dry orgasms when I have played with his prostate but not from self control and kegels alone. He has an aneros toy that he really enjoys using on himself if I'm not available for service.

Beyond that I can't really help you. He has tried controlling his ejaculation but has not been successful. Think he's got the hump with it all and given up trying more recently.
 
Had a look at the link, but it seems to be mostly about women's kegles. I'm surprised they're not different.
I didn't know you were supposed to do the PC muscle WITHOUT your anus. How's that possible? :eek:
 
its possible - i've been doing kegels for about a month or 2 now.
You can do it after some practice - at first it takes a little concentration lol but you get use to it.
 
Hey thanks a lot for your replies mjl2010 i can't thank u enough for all that information. 10 mins thats amazing. The problem for me is when i do do it i can feel my anus contracting and bit and i notice i m holding my breath and tensing abdominals sometimes. I need some way to just isolate that muscle and i do 10 reps X3 every day now i m doing 3-4 secs 15 reps 4X a day and i m just going to rip into it after i feel more confident. The bit on 'mini-orgasms' is interesting. So dry orgasms are far far away lol. Also for the point of no return shld i masturbate say 95% then hold it as long as long as possible take a break start again go to 96% and so on, bcz i can't hold it longer than 25 sec and after a min or two i have the urge to orgasm again so i shld b able to hold it up to 5-8 mins which sounds really kewl but hard to achieve. Xeekk i m trying to stop myself from ejaculating so most of it does ooz out but last year when i think i had done a gud job wit my PC muscle i did shoot prety far after 3-4 months. AgonySceneGirl gud site not that it really applies to me but still thanks for your effort. You're right in saying there are lots of pdfs out there but they talk a lot about the spiritual side and that bores me a lot and they have the same thing to say as what your replies have said so yea i rather be here then reading those books by the way i hve read atleast 3-4 of those and they all end up saying the same thing.

The first step in Kegel exercises for men is to find the right muscles. Imagine that you are trying to stop yourself from passing gas. Squeeze the muscles you would use. If you sense a pulling feeling, those are the right muscles for pelvic exercises.

It is important not to squeeze other muscles at the same time, and not to hold your breath. Also, be careful not to tighten your stomach, leg, or buttock muscles.

I stop myself by squeezing the buttock muscles and i also do feel somthing tigthen am i squeezing the rite muscle???
