Keeping it clean - anal sex

So.... I've decided that anal is something I want to do quite often. Have you got easy tips on how not to have the sometimes messy bits please. Thank you

Some people suggest an enema beforehand so they have an empty bowel. That seems like the most logical solution. However, early preparations may affect the spontaniety of the moment. In that case, if both partners are agreeable, just go for it.

You can usually tell if you need some cleaning up there beforehand. I have a bulb syringe that I use to squirt water up my rectum. I hold it for a little bit and then let it out. Once it comes out clear I know that I am good to go.

Enemas are a great way to go when you can plan ahead, but I wouldn't use the saline laxative found in the OTC enema bottles. They increase motility in your gut and you'll find yourself having problems for hours on end and never getting clean. Pour it out and use clean, lukewarm water. 2 or three rinses after an initial bowel movement should do it, but don't wait too long before expelling the water (especially on your hands and knees). Water will travel beyond your rectum and pull more waste down... Again prolonging the process.

But... If by "quite often", you mean like several days a week, enemas every day will wreck your gut microbiome. Eat sensibly (avoid too much fatty food) and get your fruits and raw vegetables in early, at least several hours before activity. Trust me... Do not eat salad on the dinner date before you plan on anal.

Adding psyllium husk powder to your diet will help TREMENDOUSLY. It's expensive, but just about a teaspoon mixed in water or juice with each meal (3x/day) should do the trick. You'll realize after a few days that you're BM's are much more complete and you'll always be pretty darn clean. Then, a quick trip to the bathroom to clean externally prior to anal should suffice.

I have a simple installed bidet attachment on the toilet seat. Women absolutely love it and for anyone you can spray a nice stream of water to clean the anus and even adjust yourself so the spray goes up inside you and provides a nice colon cleanse. The great thing about it is you can do it anytime!

I have a bulb syringe too and use it when I feel like I need to be cleaner.

What works best for me is when I have anal sex later in the day. For whatever reason I am cleaner after a hard days work at the farm. When my wife fucks me with a strapon or prostate massages me later in the day, it’s almost always pretty clean and un-yucky.

if is start vaginally, then go anal, i put a rubber on, and when fished anally. take rubber off and finish inside vag. Much tighter.

I only use butt plugs, but occasionally I do a proper clear beforehand.
It takes a minimum total of about 2 hours.
I boil and cool water until it is just tepid, to kill any bacteria and then add a single small sachet of nasal irrigation salt to make sure.
I sterilize all equipment for at least 30 minutes, completely immersing it in a bottle sterilizing fluid solution.

Here is the enema I use. You hang it on the wall and recline on one side on the floor to use it.
I let in as much in as much water as I can take and wait as long as possible before releasing it out of me and I repeat that process until the bottle is empty.
You will find that there is an early release and then much later, 15 to 30 minutes, the main load. Don't stray too far from the bathroom in the meantime.
I then wear disposable Tena Pants (for people with leakage issues) for a further 30 minutes at least, because you will probably release a few short bursts of water.

After that you should be good to go.
The nice thing with this deep clean is that whatever you push in comes out clean and fresh.

I don't do it less than 2 weeks apart because over-frequent use can affect your bowel function and make it dependent on it.

I always do an enema before my ass play...besides liking to be sparkly clean up there, I do enjoy the feeling of being enema'd not to mention it relaxes my hole and allows for easier entry of whatever I'm going to put in me

I know not all people practice this ... but, I would say when having anal sex, make sure you either:
- have anal AFTER vaginal
- if having vaginal penetration after anal, make sure they clean clean off very well, or change their condom.

UTI's are not fun ... just saying.
