I saw Emily flash the car lights as I drew closer and turned the truck around when I reached them. Emily and I sit down to eat and we leave her mom lying in bed. I ask Emily if she's tired that she can sleep in my bed tonight and I will use the couch as we had better leave her Mom sleeping alone until she recovers.
