hot glue gun.. but that might be frowned on so try clothing that is nearly impossible for her to get off.
overalls are good.. high top shoes with double knots in the laces. or you could do like I did.. and let them go naked. You get funny looks in the grocery store.. but they quit after awhile.

My best friends gave up on their second kid who would shed his clothes as soon as they were put on.. Of course he was only 1 so him being naked around the home wasn't too bad.
He's grown out of it... I think the parents were just persistant enough.

I used to dress my boys at this age/phase in overalls and do them up with the button and a safety pin. (safely out of reach
of toddlers hands) They may have been able to undo the buttons
but not the safety pin.

Is it going to stop in a month? No, not from my experience.
Both my babies loved to strip down to their diapers, and found it especially giggle-worthy if they managed to get the diaper off. A little swat on the bare butt cheeks didn't improve anything either
To this day (they're 7 and 8 now), as soon as we get home for the day, they strip down to their chonis (underwear). lol

Both my kids went through this phase and electrical tape on the diaper worked for me! My biggest problem was that they would take off the diapers after they took a shit and make a mess out of it! I used to have to use diaper pins to keep thir PJ's on them at night because they would take them off after I put them to bed and then freeze their tushies off! And like Likerish, bare butt spanks didn't phase them at all!
I promise they grow out of it, but it's very frustrating until they do!

My son started this around the age of two. He would strip down, diaper and all, and run around like a wild child. He's thirteen now, and I still have to knock on his door before entering or I get an eyeful of nekkie. If it's a phase, it's a helluva long one.
