Keeper of Hearts (Open to all)

"Well you're okay now so...everything's alright." His arms wrapped around her and he brought her lips to his. "I'm glad you decided to stay here. Of course, I'm not so happy about you almost passing out but...well it did let me get you into bed. I had a much more elaborate plan worked out, I'm glad I didn't have to use it." Cole chuckled, kissing her again, smiling.

"So you've been trying to get me in bed too, eh?" she said softly, kissing him back. "I'll be fine. I feel a lot better than before." she offered as reassurance while she lay back enjoying their alone time. Sighing she looked up at the ceiling contently. "So when I asked you the type of dragon you'd be... are you really a black dragon? Is there anyway to be certain of who you are? I'm just so excited...I never thought it could be possible."

"So you've been trying to get me in bed too, eh?" she said softly, kissing him back. "I'll be fine. I feel a lot better than before." she offered as reassurance while she lay back enjoying their alone time. Sighing she looked up at the ceiling contently. "So when I asked you the type of dragon you'd be... are you really a black dragon? Is there anyway to be certain of who you are? I'm just so excited...I never thought it could be possible."

"Well I'm not going to say I wasn't trying to get you into bed but..." he touched his head to hers, a content smile upon his face. Everything felt perfect, and he could not be happier than he was at that moment. "Yes...I'm a black dragon. In fact..." Cole turned away from her for a moment, reaching into a bag he had beside his bed, looking through it and then finding what he was looking for. Pulling a book out and paging through it, he found what he was looking for. On the page was a picture of a black dragon, and a legend next to it. "The story says that I terrorized the town and burnt it to the ground. Not exactly what happened...The mayor of that town was taking completely ripping people off with taxes...essentially stealing from them. I went in and to discuss it with him...he didn't handle it very well. Sent the guards after me...well...things ended badly." His eyes couldn't meet with hers, and his face was dark red.

Gia took his hand in hers cupping his cheek with her free hand. "Don't blame yourself for anything. Sometimes we can't control the outcome of our lives. You went to help, essentially things got out of control. I don't see anything now that would make me believe you were a tyrant." she smiled softly kissing him just the same. "Besides, I told you what I think of black dragons...I haven't changed my mind about it yet."

She took the book then reading some of the stories. It was strange reading them now and having him here to explain the truth behind it. She wondered if the other dragons had read books and heard false myths about themselves over the centuries. "It really does suck..." she commented suddenly. "I mean for people to misjudge you so. Are any of the legends true or remotely close?" she asked.

Gia took his hand in hers cupping his cheek with her free hand. "Don't blame yourself for anything. Sometimes we can't control the outcome of our lives. You went to help, essentially things got out of control. I don't see anything now that would make me believe you were a tyrant." she smiled softly kissing him just the same. "Besides, I told you what I think of black dragons...I haven't changed my mind about it yet."

Are any of the legends true or remotely close?" she asked.

"Yet? Is that implying you might change your mind about them?" Cole smiled as she giggled at his joke. He sat in silence, watchign her as she paged through the book. The smile stayed on his face, he had not expected her to react so well to all of this. He had expected her to run out of the room, calling him horrible things, but instead...she had embraced him. Now she was here, lookign through his books learning what she could. "Most of these legends are partially true...some more than others. As I said before, not all dragons are kind and generous. Some of the more vicious stories in that book are, sadly true. I remember, back when I was still relatively young, there was another black dragon out there who enjoyed the torture of humans...he was a disgusting creature. But, like I said, those stories have elements of truth, but that's about it. The writers got a few of the ideas right, not all of them."

"I wonder, if all dragons are protected by a keeper. Then perhaps some of the stories about dragons being vicious might pertain to that theory. What if that dragon you talked about hated humans because of this fact. Maybe he didn't like the idea of his heart being with a keeper." she shrugged trying to make sense of things. While she had her moments she didn't want to judge others without a good reason behind their actions. Still she'd been told that dragons don't generally hate their keeper.

"Anyway, I guess I'm just a softy." she giggled closing the book and setting it aside. Nuzzling close to him she smiled. "I'm glade you found me and thank you for not giving up on me even though I was a bit skeptical."

"You know what? That theory of yours might not be such a bad one...Perhaps some of them are so vicious because they think entrusting their hearts to someone else was a bad decision..." Cole shrugged and looked at her again. "I guess we'll never really know. Dragons are a rarity nowadays...most of us have died out. Either the dragon was unable to find their keeper before something happened or just gave up looking, but...there are only a few of us left." His arm moved along her skin gently, his eyes staying locked on hers. "I'm glad I found you too...And I'd never give up on you."

"Yes you say that now..." she trialed off thinking back to many times she'd been told the same thing. Sighing she shook those thoughts from her mind. "So how about that movie...and since I'm such a softy. Why don't you pick something." she said sitting up enough to get comfortable she kissed his nose playfully thinking of a movie just in case he couldn't come up with one.

"Yes you say that now..." she trialed off thinking back to many times she'd been told the same thing. Sighing she shook those thoughts from her mind. "So how about that movie...and since I'm such a softy. Why don't you pick something." she said sitting up enough to get comfortable she kissed his nose playfully thinking of a movie just in case he couldn't come up with one.

"I say it now, and I mean it. I'm not the type of guy who will just give up on something this wonderful. Especially when I have a fair amount of evidence that you're who I belong with." He returned the kiss to her nose, smiling at her. "Well softy, I hate to dissappoint you, but I'm not very up-to-date on what movies out there are good. I trust your taste, after all you were able to find a guy as great as me..." With that, Cole stretched out his arms and put had an expression of extreme confidence on his face - until Gia hit him with the pillow. "Alright, alright...but I want you to pick the movie, you'd know better than I what is good."

Andee Dragoon

Flynndavahl listened closely to what Andee was saying about her past and this ability to spot those of his kind as well as other Keepers. His eyes widened slightly at her choice of words. I was right! It is the Prophecy.

The room darkened for a moment as Flynn's memory drifted back to several months before. He sat, as he did now, at a table before a beautiful woman and sipped at a cup of hot liquid.

Unlike now, the woman was dark--a fullblood Gypsy, with hair like ebon and a sharp, metallic gaze that shot forth at Flynn from her card spread. Also, he drank tea, not coffee, sipping off the liquid so he could have the unstrained leaves read.

"There is a place of promise where you must go. The guilding light beckons at day's end, and the heartless must come join with the dual-hearted before night comes."

He blinked and the memory faded away once more. With a smile, Flynn reached out a hand and covered one of Andee's. "I had heard of those like you. And had been told to expect one here in Promise." He sat more erect in his chair and released the dampening glamour that kept his Dragon presence in check.

Flynndavahl's shape remained as human as before, but there was a hint of heat radiating about him like a nimbus and when he flexed his chest, the shadow he threw on the wall and bar unfurled great wings. His look became serious and almost formal as his voice deepened.

"Andee Dragoon, Keeper and Beacon of Dragons...I am Flynndavahl the Red. And I am here to find my heart."

He smiled at her, and returned to how he had looked and seemed. Flynndavahl gave Andee's hand a gentle squeeze and he asked in a quieter voice, "You wouldn't know where I might find it, would you?"

She looked at him , He felt like home so long ago. She was stuck here not able to love but only one dragon , The rules were simple as She had the right to give him his heart back or she could combine her heart with his and give them both half and half.. She knew because of her strength she wouldnt' be able to live with out his heart . The curse and blessing of it..

Getting slowly off the seat she walked in between his legs and touched his chest , She was scared she knew he was the one , but yet she was afraid could she love this dragon , And why did he choose her...In the end she would never know inless she tried ..

"I'm the only one who holds a heart Flynn and yet I have lived with this heart and learned from this heart.. IF this heart is yours and I give it to you I will only give you half with mine attached because I would die otherwise " she looked at him in the eyes scared for the first time as she started the process in side of her before she did what she had to do..

Reaching up touching Flynns face she looked at him in the eyes as she kissed him hard letting half of his heart go into him .. So once again he can feel emotion and he well feel what she feel in the end they will both share ...

Feeling the glow surrond them both his half entered his body as she slowly broke the kiss the only thing came out "I'm going to pass out now please catch me flynn" as she blacked out from useing all her magic at once the last thing she heard was Flynn's heart to beat inside of him.

Gia pouted cutely slapping him with another pillow before sitting up to think. "Oh I don't know. Fifth Element... Lord of the Rings." she shrugged not really into the whole movie scene herself she hadn't kept up with the current and only knew a few movies from a few years back. "Don't tell me all this traveling and you don't know of one movie you saw plastard on a billboard?" She hit him again with another pillow. "I have a useless dragon for a boyfriend...er...I mean..." sighing she ducked under the covers embarassed she said that out loud. It just came natural to her.

Cole pulled the covers off of her, giving her a stern look. "You dont' need to be embarassed. I really am quite useless." He kissed her, holding her close to him for a few minutes before breaking the kiss. "And I'm quite happy to have you call me your boyfriend." Pulling her into his lap, he smiled, his hand running along the out side of her leg, he realized once again that they were nude, and blushed slightly. "I suppose we could watch Lord of the Rings...might be interesting to see how they perceive things....I've met a few wizards in my time, always fun to see how they are portrayed in fiction."

Sitting in his lap made everything thing else seem like child's play. She couldn't help the red that came to her face as she nodded to his comment about the movie. "Yeah... Rord of the Lings...sounds good." she said wiggling in his lap. The action was different from most things, and she couldn't help wiggling again in his lap burshing against his most sensative area. She giggled realizing what she was doing but figured if he said nothing neither would she. After all she was a bonified tease.

Cole said nothing as she wiggled about in his lap, but it was probably fairly obvious from the look on his face that he was enjoying the teasing. Realizing that it wasn't fair for him to be the only one to be teased, his hand moved gently up her leg to her thigh, squeezing it very gently, as well as rubbing it, slowly moving upwards. "I uh...I heard it was a good movie....never got around to seeing it myself." Once again he kissed her, his tongue meeting up with hers and gently playing with it.

Gia returned the kiss sighing softly into his mouth. His hand on her thigh only made her wiggle more in his lap as she slowly withdrew from the kiss. "Yes I heard... it was pretty good. So yeah... lets put it on." she said, leaning in for another lingering kiss as she drapped her arms around his neck.

As one of his hands continued to massage her thigh, the other wrapped around her back, pulling her into him as much as possible. "Yeah...I'll get right on...that..." Cole continued to kiss her, his tongue gently rubbing the top of her mouth. As he spoke she giggled noting he made no move to start the movie. She didn't mind so much, as they continued to kiss he rubbed against her and almost jumped out of his grasp when he kissed her neck. She sucked in a deep breath letting her head hang back to give him better access. "Cole..." she stuttered suddenly. "T-the movie...the..." she leaned back straddling his lap now as her hand dug into his shoulders.

Once the words were out of his mouth, he completely forgot anything about the movie, she was the only one who mattered to him. The two of them were the only things in the room, there was nothing else. Once again, his lips worked on her neck and collarbone. His hand continued to move up her thigh, while the other one moved towards her breast. When he reached it, he stopped and looked at her, blushing. "I'm sorry....I know I'm....moving too fast."

Flynn watched the wash of emotions flow across Andee's face as she struggled with her thoughts about him and her and what they might mean to one another. The others had left a while back, and he felt comfortable in telling Andee everything she needed to know about him.

Die? NO!! He started to protest, but Andee planted her lips on his and he could feel the strength within the bouncer flow forth and mingle with his own. Her hand on his face seemed to be the touch he had waited centuries for, and the passion of their kiss brought forth his aura once more. This time it held both light as well as heat, a sudden flash that remained a warm, welcoming glow that filled most of the bar and spilled out the windows and front door.

They broke the kiss and simply stared at each other. Flynn could feel his blood pulsing and the steady, strong beating within his chest. He reached to touch Andee's hair just as she took a step back from him. "I'm going to pass out now. Please catch me, Flynn."

The words we barely out of Andee's mouth when Flynn came to his feet and caught her. One arm slid about her back and he swept her legs from beneath her to bring her to his chest. "Be at ease, you are, indeed, my Keeper, and I will not have anything happen to you," he told her. Flynn leaned over and kissed her lightly as her eyes closed.

"Nothing will now happen to this heart," Flynn said. He headed for the stairwell, and began carrying Andee to her room. His voice became a soft caress against Andee's cheek and ear as he added, "Our heart."
