The "rule" attempted to expand the EPA's lawful oversight into areas it had no legal right to oversee. The SCOTUS has determined the limits of the CWA and had this "rule" gone into effect, it was bound to head for litigation and eventual determination that it is unlawful.
Relying on the EPA for an opinion on the legality of the "rule" they were trying to implement is like asking someone halfway through dessert if they think they deserve it. The answer is always self-serving.

When is the last time you really got any news from these clowns of the media? If you want to see what a real news program is go to the Japanese station or English station and you will see someone who believes the world is round instead of the jerks like these so called "media" fools who believe the world has two ends, fake reality shows in Hollywood and fake reality shows in Washington and nothing in between.
Everything is political, even worst than listening to some communist news broadcast. Just a bunch of talking heads with no facts, no named sources, never answer the five W's or seek the story behind the story and find out what really is happening. Every day you get one of these fake outfits having to make a retraction or suspend someone for "misspeaking" (lying in real English).
When you see a press conference listen next time. The jerk "reporters" keep asking the same question over and over. That is the only thing their boss told them to do and they don't have the brains to listen when the question is answered the first time or the respect to give their fellow reporter by listening to them.
Now I know the leftist on here are not for free press or speech. Never have been. That they want to out shout any one who has a different though or option and will even use physical violence to stop someone who is not brain washed as they are.
When you see the left post on here, first they use foul language and they never attempt to give real facts to back themselves up. Most of the sources they do try to use change things the next day either because they were caught in a false hood or they have a more cleaver lie to tell.
