There are many styles of suckers and nipple pumps online....once you have them pumped use small rubber bands wrapped around them. Build up the amount of time that you pump or stretch them out to avoid painful water blisters. I used this technique almost daily for a few years. Get the smaller ones and leave them on when out. Or train for a little while each day. Mine weren't always shaped well, but some evening fun time training has has got them to stick up a bit more. Use a little lotion or butter to get them to seal to the skin better.

When I wanna go out in a tight shirt and no bra a good nipple pump does the trick. Also I have hoop nipple rings that stand out and highlight them.
