This reminds me of a discussion I recently had a a friend who was giving me shit for liking wiz khalifas music cuz of transgressions in his personal life and I said.. basically..I like his music but don't get me confused and think I look to him for spiritual guidance or on moral compass settings..

I don’t know, once you know something sinister about someone, whomever they may be, singers, politicians, actors or even Chefs, something in you changes!

The same can be said about someone doing something for the greater good of humanity, you will see that person in a different usually positive light.

Some actions are different than others, so, the guy is a douche, I still consider pink houses one of his best tunes.

If I were to hear that he is also a wife beater or worse, my opinion of him will probably change. I would listen less of him simply because I would just not think of him.

This goes back to "forgetting the artist once the muse is released".. I don't think about the artist once the music takes over.. that's why I love music so much
