Speed limit isn't enough. I never do the speed limit. I'm 60mph or better. I would drive on the opposite side of the street, just to get past someone that's driving slow.

Honestly, Newark cops are so concerned with crime and murders that you can basically get away with anything. I know people that got caught with drugs and the cop told them that they will let them go if they give them a gun. We play chase in the streets out here, and cops don't give a fuck. Only time we have to worry about tickets is if the city is in need of some money. Besides that, they really don't give them out. Unless you come across a dickhead cop.
